Hourly billing for legal services has been a long-time tradition in the industry. However, SBV LAW operates on a fixed fee basis which allows the clients to better predict their legal costs.

Wherever possible, we keep our fees below market rate for our clients by keeping the overheads low. Additionally we can offer discretionary discounts to disadvantaged individuals, non-profits, cooperatives, and small social enterprises. We are also committed to providing pro bono services to individuals who genuinely deserve support.

Please note that all fees for visa authorities are paid directly by the applicant to such authorities and not to us. We will hold money on account when securing instructions, and once the work has been completed the invoice will be raised, and the transfer receipts will be initiated.

The legal fee structure is excluding the Home office fees, Immigration Health surcharge payments and any other fees for visa authorities. Any other changes to the fees in complex or urgent matters will be confirmed before work is undertaken.
